Is Jamila Body an eco- friendly company?
Yes, we are! We incorporate sustainability through the usage of recycled materials with all of our Jamila Body packaging. We try our best!

When can I expect to receive my Jamila Body package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We are working closely with USPS to ensure your Jamila Body can reach you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.

Current Processing Time | 5-7 Business Days + 2-3 Day Shipping via USPS
For example, if you order on a Friday, your order may not ship until the following Tuesday (the next week). We work as hard as we can to get orders out sooner. Please contact us only if your order has got beyond the stated processing time.
We ship via USPS from Fort Lauderdale, FL

Where else does Jamila Body ship, and how much?
We currently ship Jamila Body worldwide via USPS -- shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight. Any additional tariffs or customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What do I do if I’m having problems with the tracking?
In a few cases tracking can take up to 48 hours to register with USPS and show movement. If it is beyond this point with no tracking updates feel free to shoot us an email at hello@jamilabody.com

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

How can I find out more information about a product?
You can learn about each product on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or concerns, let us know by emailing hello@Jamilabody.com

Will my product melt/freeze/expire/etc.?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time it can melt or freeze. We suggest keeping your Body butters, Body bar soaps, and Arabian oils, in a cool and dry place. If you believe the texture of your product has changed during shipment and it appears to be coagulated and un-smooth please send us an email at hello@Jamilabody.com.

In terms of product expiration, it is recommended that all Jamila Body products are used within 1 year of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.

Can I use the Jamila Body Butter, Body Bar Soaps and Arabian oil on my face?
Our Body Butters, Body Bar Soaps, and Arabian oils are made from natural ingredients; however, we don't advise use on the face due to the scents that are in them. If you have any special requests or concerns, feel free to email hello@Jamilabody.com and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

POLICIES

Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days (Monday - Friday) for us to process your order in addition to the shipping time as stated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges: We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons due to Covid-19.

Exchanges: We only exchange or replace items in the event that they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email us at Info@jamilabody.com including your name, order number, and photos.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Returned to sender: When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee (10%) and full shipping charges deducted from refund.
